Dr. Ghiloni is an accomplished Senior Executive and Healthcare Advisory Board Member, with more than 27 years of success across healthcare and higher education industries. Leveraging extensive experience as a nurse practitioner she is a valuable asset in the community. Her broad areas of expertise as a provider, mental health professional, and educator in higher education makes her instrumental in determining patient outcomes.
Throughout her executive career, Dr. Ghiloni has held leadership positions with Innovative SimSolutions, LLC, Corporate Executive Consulting, Education Future Groups LLC, Chamberlain University, and currently with Turning Point Psychiatry. In her current role as the CEO of Turning Point Psychiatry, she has been responsible for making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of the company.
Dr. Ghiloni has also proved instrumental in providing individual, group and leadership training, as well as facilitating various leadership workshops and communication seminars. In a prior role as Regional Dean of Nursing with Education Future Groups LLC, she played an integral part in leading accreditation initiatives, assisting in hiring and retaining faculty, and aiding in meeting benchmarks of regulated program outcomes, including NCLEX passage rates, program completion rates, and employment rates. Additionally, she participated in development, evaluation and revision of policies and practices related to the campus nursing education programs. Furthermore, in various roles with Chamberlain University, she managed an operating budget of $1.2M across multiple departments, as well as 400 campus students.
Clinically, Dr. Ghiloni, has been in psychiatric mental health for over 20 years. Her focus has been on brain-based illness including depression, anxiety, bipolar, ADHD, schizoaffective, and schizophrenia. Her passion for mental health led her to teach in an adjunct role at FAMU, University of Pennsylvania, Temple University, Regis College, and West Coast University. Additional clinical experience in the emergency department, high-risk obstetrics, and medical-surgical units have been influential in patient satisfaction and the resolution of pathological patient conditions that affect both physical and mental health.
